Arm balances are yoga poses that can enable us to build trust, balance, strength and concentration. While sometimes challenging, with a few tips, tricks and a bit of practice, they can be great fun and immensely rewarding!
We'll playfully dare to take on new challenges by exploring the biomechanics, anatomy and neuroscience of arm balancing in a fun, pressure-free environment.
We'll start with a group flow to ready the mind and body; moving into a workshop-style learning session; followed by a gentle cool-down flow and relaxation.
Sophie will share all her tips and prop modifications that will get you floating in no time. These workshops are suitable for all levels, whether you're a curious beginner or a seasoned arm balancer.
All you need to bring is some courage and a strong mind!
