In this yin class, we hold poses for an extended amount of time, allowing us to relax and dive into ourselves. With the support of props, you can surrender to the poses, working into the deepest layers of our connective tissues, joints and fascia. These yin classes are there to recharge, replenish and re-energise so we feel ready for whatever the week brings.
All bodies are welcome, modifications are provided and all classes are held in English.
